Customer Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of a Retail Branch service team and working in close partnership with the Branch sales team, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch by meeting negotiated service goals through responding to and actioning customer requests. You provide prompt, accurate and professional service to all retail customers. More specifically, you will be responsible for meeting customers' day to day transactional needs, general inquiries and directing sales opportunities to the appropriate sales officer.
Our Domestic Banking division provides a comprehensive range of banking and investment services to almost 7 million retail, wealth management, small business and commercial customers across Canada. Our multi-channel domestic delivery network includes more than 970 branches, close to 2,750 ABMs, Internet, telephone and wireless banking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are thorough and accurate; you thrive in a team setting
- You are courteous, empathetic and skillful at conveying information and ideas concisely and correcting issue promptly and professionally.
- Your exceptional communication skills include the ability to listen closely to others, adapting your methods to suit your audience.
- Strong PC skills are required.
